Dr. Jack Foehl

Why do we get stuck in our lives? What makes change so difficult? These are vital questions when seeking help with challenging life difficulties. My focus is on helping people improve and deepen personal relationships, become more satisfied and productive in work, change lifelong ways of coping that just aren’t working. As a Harvard trained psychologist and psychoanalyst, I work with people who want to change but can’t and teach other clinicians about such work.
